#Story 1๐
Doing medicine didnโt come easy for me. I was highly inclined towards Maths and felt engineering will fit this passion so well. Not like I didnโt do well in other subjects but just loved the idea of finding complicated solutions๐
. So with the little orientation I had, I went in for engineering in a prestigious school in my country. I wrote its competitive entrance exam and didnโt consider many other engineering schools. And then, I just wrote medicine๐
since others who did science series in High School were writing and I knew there was integration after the training๐๐.
Long story short I failed the engineering โconcoursโ and I found myself disgruntled and sulking into medicine. I just thought to do the only thing that caught my attention in medicine in the movies as an adolescent; forensic medicine.

I LEARNT to like the Anatomy, Physiology, and Biophysics (lol, who can relate?). I tried to link up THEORY with how these things could apply in clinical practice. I told myself if Iโm going to graduate as a physician, Iโd better be a good one! [and hey I think I am making it good now quand mรชme๐ง]

I could miss a class๐ after a โtonic callโ as we called them BUT I decided I would not miss opportunities to be in the hospital with my necessary MEDICAL EQUIPMENT. This is one thing Iโm grateful for even till date. How would you apply when you havenโt yet seen, how will you do what you see, without personal equipment?

Oh how I learnt from #hardworking seniors! I am grateful to them for showing me the way of life and how to make it through med school๐๐๐.
I guess my three things were some of the most unlikely ๐
!
P.S. I am already on the pathway of legal medicine which has intersected with my vision as a Christian. I have become an enthusiastic and passionate medic with a strong desire for diligence, willing to transmit all what I know. Encouraging, mentoring and teaching found their way into my practice like pearls in gold setting.
